HOW WE WORK

Hybrid
Our working system is based on a hybrid model, including 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work. But if you need a different option – we will certainly find it together. After all, as we highlight in the next box, we are also flexible.
Flexible
We are open to all forms of cooperation – you choose the one which is optimum for you. If you look after children, pets or plants, you can count on our understanding and flexibility in daily work.
Convenient
We have our own office and we’re not afraid to use it. We work in a unique place on the map of Wroclaw, filled with the scent of history and, occasionally, of barbecue organized in our garden.
Balanced
IT is key, but not the only aspect of our team life. When the computers are off we like to go out together, to the city center, climbing wall, Runmageddon, or go away, to climb the Crown of Polish Mountains ;-).
