§1. This instruction sets out the rules of conduct in the field of fire protection and the procedure to be followed in the event of a fire, as well as the rules for evacuating persons from the building in accordance with the applicable provisions of law.
§2. The employee is obliged to familiarise themselves with the placement of portable firefighting equipment, escape routes and emergency exits, and with the location of the main power switches and shut-off valves, as well as with the content of this document in its entirety.
§3. Upon noticing a fire, one shall immediately alert the persons present in the danger zone and notify the State Fire Service at the emergency number, providing the required information in accordance with the procedure set out in Appendix 7 to this instruction.
§4. It is prohibited to store materials on escape routes, to obstruct access to firefighting equipment or to block exits in a manner preventing them from being opened freely...
