Terms of Service for WaConnOB

Welcome to WaConnOB, a messaging service operated by ONE BAYT sp. z o.o. that connects to the WhatsApp Cloud API. By using this service, you agree to the following terms.

## 1. Operator

## 2. Service Description

WaConnOB allows users to send and receive messages via the WhatsApp Cloud API. It is a pilot application designed for controlled usage and testing purposes.

## 3. User Responsibilities

Users of WaConnOB agree to:

– Use the service in accordance with Meta’s Developer Policies
– Not use the application for spam, fraud, or illegal activities
– Maintain the security of their access credentials

## 4. Data Usage

Message content and metadata are stored and processed solely for the purposes of message delivery, logging, and technical support, in accordance with the [Privacy Policy](#).

## 5. Limitations and Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service. The service is provided “as is” for pilot and evaluation use only.

## 6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to WaConnOB at any time, especially in case of violations of these terms or misuse of the WhatsApp API.

## 7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Wrocław.
